Terms of Use

Accounts

• Candidate accounts are free. You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• Employer accounts must represent a real organisation, and the person registering must be authorised to act for it.
• One person or organisation per account. Staff roles are granted only by TalentX.

Services

• Self-service hiring: employers post opportunities, search talent, message, interview and manage their own pipeline.
• TalentX-managed recruitment: TalentX may source, screen and interview candidates on an employer's behalf. Such actions are shown as “Requested by TalentX on behalf of [employer]”.
• Talent Passport: a candidate profile you control, shown to employers according to your settings.
• Verification: checks of identity, credentials, experience or employer details, carried out after your consent. A badge appears only after a successful review.
• Interview tools: recorded video answers and live video interviews. Recordings are private to the people involved and authorised TalentX staff.
• Messaging, job alerts, assessments and Career AI are provided to support hiring. Career AI produces drafts and suggestions you review yourself.

No guarantees

• TalentX does not guarantee employment, interviews or placements.
• TalentX does not guarantee that an employer will hire, or that a candidate will perform as expected.
• Employers are responsible for their own hiring decisions, contracts and compliance with employment law.
• International recruitment may involve third-party or licensed partners where the law requires.

Acceptable use

• No false, misleading or fraudulent information, documents or job postings.
• No harassment, spam, discrimination or requests for payment from candidates.
• No scraping, misuse of other members' data or attempts to bypass security.

Suspension and termination

TalentX may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, submit fraudulent information or put other members at risk. You may close your account at any time by contacting info@talentx.ng.

Payments

Candidates are never charged to view or apply for jobs (see Candidate Fees & Fraud). Paid employer plans, credits and optional verification fees are shown before purchase and processed by Paystack. Plans activate only after payment is confirmed. Managed, international and enterprise services are priced by written agreement.
