Optional services
Some optional services, such as identity, credential or experience verification, may carry a separate fee. Any fee is shown clearly before you pay, and you pay only through the TalentX platform (Paystack). Verification confirms information about you — it does not buy a job, an interview or a place with any employer.
Protect yourself from fraud
- Never send money to an individual who says payment is needed to secure a TalentX job.
- TalentX staff will never ask for bank transfers, card details or “processing fees” by phone, WhatsApp or private message.
- If anyone asks you to pay to get a TalentX job, stop and report it.
