• Contract — to provide your account and the recruitment services you use
• Consent — for verification checks, WhatsApp notifications and sharing your profile with employers where your settings require it
• Legitimate interests — to keep the platform secure and prevent fraud
• Legal obligation — where the law requires us to keep or disclose information

Sensitive information

Identity documents and verification documents are collected only when you choose a verification service or an employer requests one with your consent. They are kept in private storage and are not shown to employers.

Transfers outside Nigeria

Our hosting and service providers, and employers for international roles, may be outside Nigeria. We transfer data only where needed to provide the service and take reasonable steps to protect it.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@talentx.ng. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
